With most orders delivered the next Business Day provided your address is within the Express Post network. Please refer to the Australia Post Website then go to the Express Post section for Delivery times in your area. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within this time due to it being Out of Stock etc, We will contact you via email or telephone to discuss it further, as we may have more on Back Order or you might like another Option. Heavy items or heavily discounted items may be posted Regular Post, therefore may take extra delivery time.
All prices at Cheeky Little Monsters are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Shipping Destinations
We at Cheeky Little Monsters would be more than happy to post out your order Worldwide by Australia Post Air Mail with Delivery times subject to your Address, with most orders being delivered at a maximum of 2 weeks, we offer a FLAT RATE for all orders up to 3KG, NZ $20.00AUD with the rest of the WORLD $80.00AUD. Any orders over this weight I will then contact you to discuss the cost. Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken (basic charge of $5.75, plus $2.10 for every insured $100 or part thereof). Please place a note in the comments field if you would like insurance for your order. If you have any questions regarding pricing before ordering please email me and I can let you know of price and estimated ETA. If insurance is not taken Cheeky Little Monsters does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items once they have been given to the Post Office. Therefore we recommend you consider insurance for peace of mind. All orders placed outside of Australia are exempt from 10% GST.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at CHEEKY LITTLE MONSTERS. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card.
What if I change my mind? If you change your mind or you brought the item as a gift for someone and it's the wrong size, we will gladly accept exchanges for other products and sizes in the Cheeky Little Monsters collection, but cannot issue a refund. All postage costs involved in the exchange are at the customers cost. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
